| Connexionz was formed in 1999 by several former executives of Tait Electronics (a leading NZ Manufacturer of mobile radio systems) in response to what they perceived to be a growing demand for real time vehicle tracking systems.
Realising that mobile radio infrastructure provided an efficient and low cost communications system, they set to work to design a system that would meet global demand.
The ability to integrate radio networks and advanced GPS technology with specialised computer software developed in house has enabled Connexionz to offer their competitively priced solution to public transport operators.
The company's goal is to rapidly commercialise its technology across several key markets using low cost mobile radio networks as the communications platform for its systems. |
