- After excluding the write-off of goodwill in its UK investment and the IFRS impairment on its technology assetts, the year produced a surplus of $1,660 compared to a loss of $950,000 in the previous year.
- Successful deployment of the City of Charlottesville RTPI System
- Deployment of the University of Virginia RTPI System passes 90% mark
- First batch of in-bus computers delivered to Reading Borough Council and the South England Economic Development Agency (SEEDA)
- Richard Riley and Tony Kan join the management team
- Connexionz purchases the remaining 50% of the Connexionz UK joint venture company
AGM - September 2007Highlights for year ending 31 March 2007:- Acquired a subsidiary, Connexionz UK Limited
- Connexionz NZ has management contract to operate Connexionz UK Limited
- Through its UK subsidiary, Connexionz has new customers in:
- Successfully deployed Arlington RTPI system
- Won tender and successfully installed Maryland University RTPI system
- Won tender for Charlottesville RTPI system
- System software now supports fleet management requirements
AGM - September 2006Highlights for the year ending 31 March 2006:
- Connexionz sold three pilot RTPI systems in Corvallis, Oregon; Antioch, California; and Southampton, UK.
- The Arlington Transit Authority (ART) in Virginia, USA expanded their Real-Time Passenger Information (RTPI) system. The system is deployed 5 miles from the White House.
- The Christchurch RTPI System entered its sixth year of reliable service. Passenger numbers have been reported to be over 60% higher. Over the last 10 years annual growth in bus passenger numbers across Australasia has been approximately 1%.
- The Tourism Holdings Limited Airbus RTPI system in Auckland has operated reliably for 4 years. Their service has now reached full capacity at peak times.
- Connexionz's RTPI system servicing the Liverpool-Parramatta Transitway has entered its fourth year of reliable service.
- New system software upgrades increase functionality and reliability. The upgrades improve the system's appeal to US customers.
- Since the end of the financial year, Connexionz has sold another RTPI system to Maryland University.
