The Christchurch electronic engineering company Connexionz Limited is to offer 4,500,000 ordinary shares to the public at an issue price of $1 payable in full on application.
The chairman of Connexionz Mr Craig Boyce said the public offer would open on Tuesday 27 August 2002 and close on Friday 13 September 2002. The registered prospectus is expected to be available on 27 August 2002.
Following completion of the issue, Connexionz intends to seek quotation on the New Zealand Stock Exchange’s Unlisted Securities Market (USM).
The amount raised would enable Connexionz to sell more of its successful BusFinderTM Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) system to local and overseas public and private bus operators, said Mr Boyce.
