Connexionz advises that its annual meeting is expected to be held on 5:30 p.m., 7 September 2006 at the Company's offices, Level 1, Building 2, 1 Show Place, Addington Christchurch.

In accordance with NZAX Listing Rule B2.1.2, Connexionz Limited also advises that the opening date for director nominations will be Tuesday 6 June 2006 and the closing date for director nominations will be 5 p.m. on Friday 21 July 2006.
