Connexionz appoints Bruce Sheppard to Board

Connexionz Limited (NZAX:CNX) today announced the appointment of Chartered Accountant Bruce Sheppard to its board.

Bruce is a founding Director of Auckland-based accounting firm Gillegan Sheppard Limited and is currently Chairman of the NZ Shareholders Association.

He has particular expertise in risk management, corporate structuring, venture capital and taxation.

Bruce originally invested in Connexionz shortly after it won its first major contract in 2000. He currently holds 15% of the ordinary shares issued by the company.

"We look forward to working with Bruce on the Connexionz board. I’m sure he will have a lot to contribute," said Chairman Craig Boyce.
