Connexionz' directors have decided to apply for a listing of the company's shares on the NZAX Board of the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX).
This is because the NZX is closing its Unlisted Securities Market (USM) where Connexionz' shares are currently quoted and traded through sharebrokers. As usual when a company applies for a full listing, changes are needed to the company's constitution to meet NZX rules. The changes will be presented for shareholder approval at the annual meeting in September, after which the formal application for listing can be made. The USM closed on 30 June 2004 at a market price of 32 cents per share. Until the listing occurs later this year (subject to NZX approval), the company will provide a "matching service" - interested buyers and sellers should contact Finance Director Tony Kan, 027 433 9745, or tony.kan@connexionz.co.nz
