|  Bruce, a Chartered Accountant, is founding Director of Auckland-based accounting firm Gillegan Sheppard Limited and is the former Chairman of the NZ Shareholders Association. He has particular expertise in risk management, corporate structuring, venture capital and taxation. Bruce is also Director of Argus Fire Systems Service Limited, Argus Fire Protection Limited, Argus Fire Protection (Sth) Limited, Bensan Servicing Limited, NZ Fire Control Limited (Argus Group); Pukeko Development Limited; Johannink Investments Limited; GS Ventures Limited; Spitfire Semiconductors Limited; Smart Asset Management Limited; Revco Developments Limited; Southern Hills Imperial Timber (1932) Pty Limited; Onslow Views Limited; Vacuum/Pumping Systems Limited; Bedrock Trading Limited; Islay Group Limited, Islay Investments Limited (Islay Group); and Big Splash Limited. Top  Richard brings over 30 years of transport industry management experience to Connexionz.
He is currently General Manager and a director of the NZ Express Transport Group of Companies, a position he has held since 1987. NZ Express has 140 employees and annual revenue of over $30 million.
Richard also holds directorships of Ivory Freight Limited, National Containers Limited and Contact Freight Limited. Between 1996 and 1999 Richard was chairman of the Road Transport Forum New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport (FCIT) and a member of the Institute of Directors. Top  Tony has his own corporate advisory business and investment company. He provides clients with corporate finance advice, assists with structuring and business strategy and with capital raising.
Prior to setting up his own business in 1996, he worked in various executive roles with ECNZ, including three years as Market Development Manager and three years as Account Manager. In these roles he was closely involved in power price negotiations, development of financial derivative contracts for risk management and in negotiations to acquire electricity distribution businesses.
Tony holds electrical engineering and science degrees from the University of Canterbury, and a diploma of business studies and an MBA from Massey University. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
 Brian is the owner and director of Dream Marketing Team Ltd, a marketing agency specialising in marketing and strategic planning. Prior to this Brian has held senior marketing roles with Meadow Mushrooms, New Zealand Honey Producers Co-Operative Ltd, New Zealand Breweries, Waitaki Meats Limited and Waitaki International Ltd.
