Our experienced team can also assist with the day-to-day running of your Real Time Passenger Information system.

We can aid dispatch staff with on-site training and telephone support from our Network Operation Centre, located at our headquaters in Christchurch, New Zealand, where experienced and qualified staff are also able to monitor the systems and assist with the day to day performance of our customer's networks. In addition we are able to remotely facilitate improvements in system performance, productivity and quality assurance, and ensure consistent and reliable information for passengers.

Often we're asked how we are able to provide such a comprehensive level of customer support being so remotely located from many of our customer's sites. Simple really - data transmitted accross our customer's networks and the wider internet often travels at close to the speed of light. So irrespective of where we were located, rest assured we're more than capable of continuing to deliver first class support to our customers. For local support activities our experienced field partners are able to provide a wide range of services, tailored to meet our customer's exacting requirments.
